Hi Everyone,

I wanted to let you all know what’s going on with us at Lowie during the current health crisis.

We've taken the decision to close both of our retail stores but our online shop is still very much open. Extra precautions are being taken to ensure we have a super clean packing environment for any web orders. We will continue to monitor the situation and adjust accordingly in regards to COVID-19 and keep you updated.

All of my full-time staff have decamped to their living rooms and we're having daily video conference calls and trying to maintain a sense of normality in this period of change.

For our UK customers, we are offering free shipping for the duration. .

For the time being, we are no longer accepting in-store repairs. If you have a piece of knitwear that needs to be repaired, send us a picture and we can post you the appropriate yarn and teach you how to fix it yourself with a scheduled one-on-one video tutorial.

We are also looking into streaming solutions for our workshops and Patch-Up craft club. We’ll also keep you updated on this.

During this time, it’s important to keep our community together. Support small businesses when you can. Offer support and kindness to one another, and stay home if you’re ill.
